Kasthall's famous Brochure Rug part of this year’s Kasthall collection
The Brochure rug, originally created in the 1990s to show how typical Kasthall patterns and colors could be combined, is now part of Kasthalls standard collection in its original design.
Wool rugs in classic patterns, now in new Scandinaivan color palettes.
Kasthall's classic pattern Stripe, Dot, Post and Sugar Cube are launched in a series of unique color palettes, inspired by the shifts in nature and the seasons.
Kasthall’s Design team relaunches two classic large-scale patterned rugs in carefully seleced colours.
In January Kasthall launches its first news of the year, Checkerboard and Widestripe, in four carefully selected color combinations. Two woven rugs in wool with large-scale patterns from Kasthall's Arkad family. The patterns are, as the names indicate, checkered and wide-striped.
KASTHALL OPENS FLAGSHIP STORE IN MALMÖ
On October 15, Kasthall opens a flagship store in Malmoe, South Sweden. As part of the opening, Kasthall launches Rapsåker - a limited edition rug from Ilse Crawford's “Greenery” collection.
CRAFTSMANSHIP HERITAGE - ITALIAN AND SWEDISH DESIGN THROUGH THE AGES.
A journey through Swedish and Italian design history is the concept of 'Craftsmanship Heritage - Italian and Swedish Design Through The Ages'. The exhibition takes place at Kasthall Milano Flagship Store during Fuorisalone 2021, from September 4th to 10th, and will be open until September 30th.

KASTHALL IS LAUNCHING FEATHER, DORIS AND STRING FROM THE COLLECTIVE IMPRESSIONS COLLECTION
Kasthall’srugs have been bringing character to rooms and settings for over 130 years. They have been developed along the way by KasthallDesign Studio. The second part of the Collective Impressions is launching now – new takes on Feather, Doris and String. The collection is available for purchase at the Kasthall Flagship Store & Showroom.

NARROW STRIPE ICON – NEW TAKE ON A CLASSIC WOOL RUG IN EXCITING COLOR COMBINATIONS The creation of the decade’s first rug collection began with a voyage of discovery through the factory in Kinna, Sweden. Long-forgotten yarns, leftover dyes and historical patterns inspired Kasthall Design Studio to create something new. One of the rugs is Narrow Stripe Icon, a woven rug in the finest wool.

COSMOPOLITAN ELEGANCE DEFINES KASTHALL’S NEW HARPER RUG The Harper rug, designed by Ellinor Eliasson, is part of Kasthall’s new collection Colors In Between, which was launched at Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair 2020. Kasthall Design Studio’s collection pays homage to the company’s rich archive of patterns and materials, as preserved in the historic factory in Kinna.
POETIC PASSION BEHIND KASTHALL’S POETRY RUG
Kasthall will be launching its new collection Colors In Between during the Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair 2020. The collection is inspired by colors and materials found in the nooks and crannies of the factory. Poetry is one of the rugs in the collection, and just like the name of the collection, a lot of Poetry’s allure lies in the transitions of the colors.
THE EVOLUTION OF GRÖNSKA – ILSE CRAWFORD’S COLLECTION GROWS WITH ADDITIONAL COLORS
Kasthall’s Grönska collection, created in a design collaboration with British designer Ilse Crawford, is being updated this autumn with four new colors. Inspired by the Swedish landscape around the Kasthall factory in Kinna, Västergötland, Sweden, Grönska pays homage to the magnificent colors of nature and Kasthall’s craftsmanship.
